If you want to improve core strength, the real core, than you need to purchase this Core Conversion DVD from the Gray Institute. Gary Gray correctly identifies the body's true core as going from "nose to toes," when so many so-called fitness experts misidentify the core as being limited to the muscles of the abdomen and lower back.
The Core Conversion DVD is an efficient and effective workout and trains the core in all three planes of motion. The summary on the DVD case says it all, "This workout is the perfect blend of strength training, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance that trains the body to not only feel better, but to function better." The workout utilizes " a strategic sequencing of lifts, lunges, squats, squat thrusts, and push-ups."
As Gray has said, "Every muscle and joint in the body functions in three planes of motion simultaneously." This DVD lives up to its billing and will help you train your clients to contend with the rigors of movement in the real world.
The Core Conversion program can serve as a standalone workout or as the ultimate dynamic preparation/warm-up routine. Elements of this program can be incorporated into the workouts of people of all ages and ability levels, and the skills and drills presented in this DVD will improve fitness level and performance. All of the exercises are performed in a standing position and the only equipment needed is a pair of dumbbells.
The information is presented without relying on technical jargon, which makes this DVD suitable for all fitness professionals, including personal trainers, and fitness consumers as well. Another great feature of the Core Conversion DVD is the option to go through the program with detailed instruction or at a much quicker "workout pace."
The Core Conversion workout is a simple and effective way to increase the fitness level and/or improve performance for clients, and is a great workout for everyone.
