Provide Specific Warm-up Program for Your Clients

No matter how often you remind clients that they have to allow enough time to warm-up before starting a session, too many of them still stroll in a few minutes before the start of their session. The responsible personal trainer will take time out of the session to properly prepare the client for what’s to come. However, I have taken it a step further and have developed a, “Recommended Warm-Up” that I have given to all my clients.
